He sits on your home screen and reacts: ready to go, resting with you, celebrating a finished exercise, flexing at a new record, and checking in when you have been away. See him in your room with AR.
Every exercise is five sets with rest timers between them. Add or remove 15 seconds mid-rest, skip it, and keep going - the timer runs while the phone is locked and a notification tells you when to lift.
Push-up variations, pull-ups, dips and hangs for the bar, squats and planks at home, and barbell, dumbbell and cable moves in the gym. Each has technique tips and a short looping video.
Pick a goal like 100 push-ups or 30 pull-ups. A quick level test sets your start, then you move up level by level with circuits and a flexible weekly schedule.
No account and no server: your history stays on your phone. Optional extras - Apple Health, voice coach, rep counting with the camera - all run on the device.

The five-set workout with rest timers is free forever. Premium opens the rest of the catalog.

Yes, to start. You get two goals, six exercises and the full five-set workout with rest timers. Premium unlocks all goals, the full 42-exercise catalog, circuits and detailed stats.
No account, and no internet for training: the catalog is in the app and your history is stored on your device. Internet is only used for purchases and anonymous statistics.
Five sets is the core of the app, so every exercise follows the same simple rhythm: set, rest, set. The number is fixed on purpose; goals set the reps for each set, and the last set is often “max”.
Iron is a 3D robot athlete who reacts to what you do - starting a set, resting, finishing an exercise, setting a record, hitting a streak or coming back after a break. Tap him for a wave, or open AR to see him in your room.
